So we have been watching alot of cake boss lately. Its didn't look to hard to make the big fancy cakes on the show so we decided we'd make one ourselves.
Here's Chef Lance.
Here is the finished product. I know I'm amazed by myself too.
This cake is 100% edible. It was delicious. I think Lance went a little overboard on the frosting though. I made two batches of butter cream frosting each had 2 lbs of powdered sugar and 2 lbs of butter. He used it all and tried to get me to make more.

So how many people did this serve? 2? Is this going to ba=e a new line at Kraggo's?
We ate it for Sunday dinner dessert at Kristina house. 6 people had a piece at that meal. A few more pieces here and there and I don't think it all got eaten. We used 3 cake mixes
Wow I'm impressed!! Great job lance. It makes me sick just to think about eating all of that...someone has to do it though!
Sweet lovin I wish I was there for the assembly...however all I am saying is that next week we must not forget that I am a south beach woman!!!!! None of this 8 lbs of butter and what not!!!!
Wooo - that's super cool! If you lived closer I know who I would be calling up the next time I was in need of a cake!
